Glenn'S Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 deep dish pie crusts
    4 large eggs
    1 pt. half and half
    1 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese
    1 1/2 c. Mozzarella cheese
    1 lb. bacon, fried crisp and broken
    1 pkg. chopped frozen spinach, drained
    1 Tbsp. Louisiana hot sauce
    1 medium onion, finely diced
    dash of salt, pepper and sugar
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 450\u00b0.
    Put thin layer of cheese on bottom of crusts.
    Beat eggs and slowly blend in cream; add rest of ingredients.
    Bake at 450\u00b0 for 15 minutes; reduce heat to 300\u00b0. Cook 35 to 45 minutes more or until toothpick comes out clean. Good reheated the next day.
