Easy Spinach Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (6 oz.) bag baby leaf spinach, triple wash
    1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges, drained
    1/2 c. almonds, sliced and toasted
    1/2 c. fresh mushrooms, sliced
    1/4 c. bacon bits
    1 egg, hard-boiled and chopped
Preparation
    Remove any stems from spinach. Tear into bite-size pieces. Combine spinach, almonds, oranges, mushrooms and bacon bits in large bowl. Toss with desired amount of poppy seed dressing and top with hard-boiled egg.
