Hanson Crab - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can white crab meat
1 can water chestnuts
1 Tbsp. soy sauce
1 Tbsp. finely chopped chives
1/2 c. no cholesterol or low-fat mayonnaise
Preparation

Drain crab.
Chop chestnuts very fine; mix with mayonnaise, soy sauce, chives and crab meat.
Refrigerate until ready to serve.
Serve with Wheat Thins crackers.
