Blueberry Cream Cheese Muffins(10 To 14 Muffins) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 oz. cream cheese
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 tsp. vanilla extract
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. milk
    4 Tbsp. unsalted butter, melted
    2 c. cake flour
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    pinch of salt
    1 1/4 c. blueberries
    1 1/2 Tbsp. sugar mixed with 1 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Fill the cups of a muffin tin with cupcake liners.
    Set aside.
    In a mixer or processor, whip cream cheese with lemon juice and vanilla extract until smooth.
    Beat in eggs.
    Add milk and butter and mix until well blended.
