Cassandra'S Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 new potatoes
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 lb. bacon
Preparation
    Cut new potatoes into bite-sized chunks and boil until tender.
    Cook and crumble bacon.
    Mix cheese, onion, mayonnaise and bacon.\tLayer potatoes in 9 x 13 pan and pour mixture on top. Spread evenly over potatoes and bake for 30 minutes at 325\u00b0.
