Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    1 c. oil
    2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 1/2 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking soda
    3 c. chopped apples, peeled or unpeeled
    1 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation
    Beat together in large bowl until well mixed the eggs, oil, sugar and vanilla.
    Add and mix until well blended the flour, baking powder, salt and baking soda.
    Fold in chopped apples and walnuts.
    Batter will be very thick like cookie dough.
    Pour into a greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan or tube pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 55 to 60 minutes.
    Serve plain or with whipped cream or a scoop of vanilla ice cream or sprinkle with powdered sugar.
