Shrimp Creole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 3 Tbsp. oil
    1 c. celery
    1 crushed garlic clove
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. chili powder (optional)
    1 (14 oz.) can tomatoes
    1 lb. cooked clean shrimp
    1 green pepper, diced
    1/4 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
    2 medium onions, diced
    1/2 lb. fresh or 1 can mushrooms
    1/4 tsp. paprika
    2 drops ???
    1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
    hot cooked rice
Preparation
    Preheat electric skillet to 300\u00b0.
    Saute onions, celery, garlic and mushrooms until tender.
    Sprinkle with flour and seasonings and blend in.
    Add tomatoes and tomato paste and simmer 10 minutes.
    Add green pepper and shrimp and simmer 8 to 10 minutes more.
    Grated cheese is also added with green pepper. Heat and serve over hot rice.
    Serves 4 to 6.
