Buttermilk Coconut Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. buttermilk
    1 stick butter or margarine
    1 c. coconut
    2 Tbsp. lemon flavoring
Preparation
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until brown, about 45 minutes or 1 hour.
    Double this pie for two.
