Chicken Enchiladas - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 chicken breasts, cooked, deboned, and chopped (Save some broth from cooking chicken)
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. sour cream (approximate)
1 c. Rotel tomatoes
2 c. cheddar cheese
1 pkg. large flour tortillas
Preparation

Mix together soup, sour cream and tomatoes.
Pour chicken broth into large pan or skillet.
Dip tortillas in chicken broth to moisten.
Place chicken mixture on tortilla and roll up tortilla.
Place in casserole dish.
When finished rolling tortillas, drizzle remaining sauce over all tortillas.
Sprinkle cheddar cheese over top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 25 minutes.
