Banana Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. brown sugar
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 egg
1 Tbsp. vinegar
1 c. coffee cream mix
3 lb. sliced bananas
Spanish peanuts
Preparation

Mix brown sugar and cornstarch, then add egg and vinegar.
Add coffee cream mix and cook until thick.
Refrigerate until used. Layer with bananas and dressing.
Put Spanish peanuts on top. Dressing can be kept in refrigerator for up to a week.
