Cranberry-Glazed Turkey Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 lb. bulk pork sausage
    1 c. diced onion
    1/4 c. diced celery
    1 1/2 (1 lb.) pkg. raw ground turkey
    1 c. herb-seasoned stuffing mix
    1/2 c. evaporated milk
    1/4 c. chopped fresh parsley
    2 eggs
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    Cranberry Glaze
Preparation
    Cook sausage in a heavy skillet until browned, stirring to crumble.
    Add onion and celery; cook 1 minute, stirring constantly. Drain well.
    Combine sausage mixture, turkey and next 6 ingredients in a large mixing bowl; mix well.
    Shape mixture into a loaf; place in a lightly greased 8 x 4 x 3-inch loaf pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 55 to 60 minutes or until done.
    Pour off excess liquid.
    Transfer loaf to serving platter; spoon 1/2 cup Cranberry Glaze over top. Serve remaining glaze with loaf.
