Rhubarb Crisp - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    1/3 c. flour
    2 qt. rhubarb, about 2 1/2 lb.
    1 c. flour
    1/2 c. oatmeal
    1/2 c. dark brown sugar, packed
    1/2 c. white sugar
    1/2 c. butter, melted and cooled to room temperature
Preparation
    In a large bowl, combine sugar and flour.
    Add rhubarb and toss lightly until rhubarb is coated with sugar mixture.
    Spoon into 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
    In the same bowl combine flour, oatmeal, brown sugar and white sugar.
    Add butter.
    Cut in with pastry blender until mixture is crumbly.
    Sprinkle crumbs over rhubarb.
    Bake in 375\u00b0 oven for 35 minutes or until topping is brown and rhubarb is tender.
    Serve warm.
    Makes 8 to 10 servings.
