Danish Bagel - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 raisin or blueberry bagel, halved
    1/2 cup ricotta cheese
    8 tsp cinnamon sugar, divided
    1 peach, thinly sliced
Preparation
    Preheat broiler.
    Spread bagel halves with ricotta.
    Sprinkle each bagel with 2 tsp. cinnamon sugar.
    Arrange peach slices over cheese.
    Sprinkle with remaining cinnamon sugar.
    Place bagel halves on baking sheet.
    Broil 6 inches from heat about 4 minutes, until sugar is bubbly and mixture is hot.
    Serve warm.
