Strawberry Fruit Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) container Cool Whip (lite)
4 pkg. Equal
1 pt. strawberries

Preparation

Mix strawberries in a blender, then add to Cool Whip and Equal.
Very good with apples, bananas and grapes.
