Crunch Torte - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 egg whites
    1/2 Tbsp. cream of tartar
    1/2 Tbsp. vanilla
    20 soda crackers, crushed, but not too fine
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Beat egg whites until fluffy.
    Add cream of tartar and beat until stiff.
    Beat in vanilla.
    Fold in cracker crumbs that have been mixed with sugar and nuts.
    Put in greased 9-inch pan, round or square.
    Bake 30 minutes at 375\u00b0.
    Serve with fresh berries, peaches, ice cream, or whipped cream.
    Serve small servings.
    It is rich.
