Mild Mexican Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 medium tomatoes
1 small bell pepper
1 tsp. oregano
1 medium onion
1 Tbsp. garlic powder/salt
1/4 c. jalapeno peppers or 1/2 c. green chili peppers (optional)
Preparation

Using a food processor, chop tomatoes until juicy, with a few chunks.
Chop onion slightly and add to tomatoes.
Chop bell pepper slightly and add to tomato and onion mixture.
Add garlic salt and oregano; stir.
Use to top tacos or any dish you'd like to spice up!
