Inch Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 head lettuce, chopped
chopped celery
chopped onion
1 box frozen peas (not thawed)
1 lb. bacon, fried and chopped
1 pkg. Good Seasons dry Italian dressing
mayonnaise
Preparation
-
Layer items in a 9 x 13-inch pan in order given.
Ice with mayonnaise.
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese (optional). Refrigerate 12 to 24 hours.
Stir before serving.
