Breakfast Bites - cooking recipe

1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 milk
1/3 c. vegetable oil
1 egg
1 1/2 Tbsp. butter, melted
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
Preparation

Combine flour, 1/2 cup sugar, baking powder, salt and nutmeg in a large bowl.
Make a well in center of mixture.
Combine milk, oil and egg; add to dry ingredients, stirring until just moistened.
