Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (10 oz. each) pkg. frozen broccoli spears
    2 Tbsp. margarine, melted
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. milk
    3 oz. Blue cheese
    1/2 c. cracker crumbs
    1 Tbsp. margarine, melted
Preparation
    Cook broccoli according to package instructions; drain well. Make a white sauce of the margarine, flour and milk.
    Season with salt and pepper; set aside.
    Place broccoli in casserole.
    Crumble Blue cheese over it.
    Then top with white sauce.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes.
    Melt 1 tablespoon margarine.
    Top casserole with cracker crumbs and drizzle the margarine over the crumbs.
    Serves 6 to 8.
