Fresh Peach Cookie Cobbler - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. sliced fresh peaches
    1 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. tapioca
    dash of nutmeg
    1 (4 lb. 2 oz.) roll packaged refrigerator cookie dough (sugar or oatmeal raisin)
Preparation
    Thoroughly mix peaches, sugar, tapioca and nutmeg; set aside. Slice cookie dough into 1/4-inch slices.
    Line bottom and sides of 9-inch square baking dish with dough.
    Pour peach mixture over the slices and top with remaining slices of dough.
    Ice cream can be served on top.
    Serves 4 to 6 people.
