Hot Chicken Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. diced chicken or turkey
2 c. diced celery
1/2 c. sliced toasted almonds
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. chopped onion
2 tsp. lemon juice
1 c. salad dressing (mayonnaise)
1 c. sliced water chestnuts
potato chips
1/2 c. grated cheese
Preparation

Mix ingredients together over casserole dish.
Top with 1 cup crumbled potato chips and 1/2 cup grated cheese.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
Serves 6.
