Velveeta Cheese Fudge - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. Velveeta cheese
1 lb. stick margarine
1 Tbsp. vanilla
4 lb. powdered sugar
1 c. cocoa
6 c. chopped pecans
Preparation

Heat the cheese, margarine and vanilla until melted in microwave.
Meanwhile, combine powdered sugar, cocoa and pecans. Combine the two mixtures (use your hands).
When completely mixed, spread in two 13 x 9 x 2-inch buttered dishes.
Chill 1 hour and slice.
Freezes well.
