Fudgsicles - cooking recipe

Ingredients

5 Tbsp. instant cocoa mix
2 to 3 Tbsp. sugar
dash of salt
1 tsp. vanilla extract
2 whole eggs
2 1/2 c. milk or half and half

Preparation

Beat eggs very well with medium speed mixer.
Mix in remaining ingredients.
Beat with hand mixer for 1/2 minute; pour into molds.
Freeze.
Makes 10 to 12 fudgsicles.
