Never Fail Caramel Icing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. brown sugar
    1 c. white sugar
    2 tsp. white syrup
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2/3 c. cream or milk
    vanilla
Preparation
    Cook until dissolved.
    Cover pan 2 or 3 minutes.
    Cook to soft ball stage, then beat.
