Parsleyed Potatoes(No Fat) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 medium potatoes
1 Tbsp. fat-free cream cheese
3 Tbsp. skim milk
1 tsp. parsley
a good sprinkle of Molly McButter
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Peel and pare potatoes into small cubes.
Cook until tender and drain.
Add all the ingredients, stirring just until mixed well.
