Chicken Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 to 8 cooked chicken breasts
1 c. chopped bell pepper
1 c. chopped onion
2 c. chopped grapes
1 can chopped water chestnuts
1 c. chopped nuts
1 c. chopped cucumbers
1 c. chopped celery
salt and pepper to taste
1 tsp. celery seed
1 tsp. parsley flakes
1 tsp. curry powder
Preparation

Boil chicken and debone; chop in small pieces.
Add all ingredients with enough mayonnaise to hold together.
Place on lettuce leaves to serve.
