Sausage, Green Beans & Potato Skillet - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    16 oz. Polish or other fully cooked sausage, sliced 1/2-inch thick
    1/2 c. chopped onions
    1 tsp. oil
    2 cans (14 1/2 oz.) Diced Tomatoes, drained
    2 cans (14 1/2 oz.) Cut Green Beans & Potatoes, drained
    2 tsp. hot pepper sauce (to taste)
    1 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
Preparation
    Cook sausage and onion in oil in skillet until onion is tender.
