Cauliflower Cheese Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. minced onion
    1/4 c. butter
    1/4 c. finely chopped celery
    2 c. water
    1 tsp. salt
    2 1/2 Tbsp. flour
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 (20 oz.) bag frozen cauliflower
    2 (12 oz.) cans evaporated milk
    1 c. American cheese, shredded
Preparation
    Saute onion and celery in butter for 5 minutes.
    Add water and seasoning.
    Bring to boil.
    Meanwhile, cook the cauliflower in pan or microwave.
    Add milk and cheese to boiling mixture.
    Reduce heat.
    When cauliflower is done, drain and chop.
    Add to soup. Heat and serve.
    May be made with broccoli or California vegetables.
    Makes approximately 6 to 8 servings.
