Diabetic - Apple Fritters - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    dash of salt
    2 Tbsp. milk
    1 apple, peeled and sliced
Preparation
    Combine flour, baking powder, salt and milk in small bowl, beating until smooth.
    If batter is too stiff, add a little water. Dip apple slices into batter and fry until golden brown.
    Yields 2 servings.
