Disappearing Marshmallow Brownies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butterscotch pieces (half 6 oz. pkg.)
    1/4 c. butter
    3/4 c. flour
    1/3 c. firmly packed brown sugar
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1 egg
    1 c. miniature marshmallows
    1 c. chocolate chips
    1/4 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Grease bottom and sides of 9-inch square baking pan.
    Melt butterscotch pieces and butter in heavy saucepan over medium heat, stirring constantly.
    Remove from heat and cool to lukewarm.
    Add flour, brown sugar, baking powder, salt, vanilla and 1 egg to butterscotch mixture.
    Mix well.
    Fold into butterscotch batter just until combined the marshmallows, chocolate chips and chopped nuts.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
    Do not overbake.
    Center will be jiggly but becomes firm upon cooling.
    Makes 12 to 18 brownies.
