Yellow Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. yellow squash, sliced
    1 can mushroom or cream of chicken soup
    8 oz. plain yogurt
    1 small jar chopped pimento
    1 medium onion, chopped
    4 oz. water chestnuts, sliced
    2 c. herb bread stuffing mix
    1/2 stick oleo
    salt to taste
Preparation
    Cook squash tender-crisp; drain.
    Add next 5 ingredients; stir gently to combine.
    Melt butter; toss with stuffing mix.
    Reserve 1/2 cup.
    Press 1 1/2 cups mix on bottom of 2-quart casserole. Pour squash mixture over and sprinkle the reserved crumbs over. Bake 30 to 40 minutes in 350\u00b0 oven until browned on top.
