Dressing For Endive Or Lettuce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 whole egg
    1 (12 oz.) can evaporated milk (I have used lite skimmed milk)
    bacon
Preparation
    Cut several slices of bacon into small pieces and fry.
    Then add the rest of the ingredients and bring to a boil and cook about 2 minutes or until it thickens.
