Ada'S Nacho Casual - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. ground beef
    1/2 lb. Italian sausage
    1 large onion, chopped
    2 (16 oz.) cans refried beans
    1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chilies
    3 c. grated Monterey Jack cheese
    3/4 c. taco sauce
    1 c. sour cream
    2 bags corn chips (tortilla chips)
Preparation
    Crumble beef and sausage into skillet with onion; saute until red color disappears.
    Drain off fat and season with salt to taste.
    Spread refried beans on greased 10 x 15-inch cookie sheet or jelly roll pan with sides.
    Top with meat mixture.
    Cover with chilies and sprinkle with cheese.
    Drizzle taco sauce over all. This may be covered and refrigerated at this point.
