Creamed Cornbread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 eggs
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. salad oil
1 (7 oz.) can creamed corn
1 c. corn meal
1 1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Beat eggs, sour cream, oil and corn; blend in corn meal, baking powder and salt. Bake for 30 to 40 minutes in a 8 x 8 pan.
