Baked Chicken And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. uncooked rice
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. instant onion flakes
10 oz. condensed mushroom soup
black pepper
1 c. water
1 3/4 lb. chicken breast
Preparation

Combine all ingredients except chicken and pepper in water-soaked (remove skin from chicken) simmer; mix well.
Place chicken breast over top of mixture.
Sprinkle with pepper; cover with water-soaked lid.
Microwave for 15 minutes, soaked lid. Microwave for 15 minutes on High.
Rearrange chicken.
Microwave for 28 to 30 minutes on simmer or until rice and chicken are done. Let stand, covered, 5 minutes before serving.
Serves about 6. Cook in 2-quart dish.
