Easy Surprise Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. miniature marshmallows
1 box cake mix (any kind)
canned fruit filling
Preparation

In a 9 x 13-inch pan that has been greased and floured, pour one package of miniature marshmallows.
Mix up any cake mix of your choice according to directions on box and pour over the marshmallows.
Do not stir.
Now, drop by spoon any canned prepared fruit pie filling all over the cake mixture.
Again do not stir. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
The surprise comes when you take it out of the oven.
Hint, you won't need any frosting.
Example:
If you use a chocolate cake mix, you may want to use a cherry pie filling. For vanilla, you may want to use blueberry; white cake mix, perhaps you would want to use strawberry.
