Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 medium, sliced, peeled potatoes
    1 1/2 Tbsp. flour
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 1/2 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. melted butter
Preparation
    Cover bottom of greased casserole with potato slices. Sprinkle with half the flour, salt and pepper.
    Repeat layers. Pour milk over potatoes.
    Drizzle evenly with melted butter. Cover and bake at 375\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
    Uncover; cook for 30 minutes longer until potatoes are tender.
