Penne With Broccoli(Makes 8 Cups) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. Contadina dalla Casa Buitoni penne
    3 c. broccoli florets
    2 Tbsp. each: butter and olive or vegetable oil
    5 cloves garlic, finely chopped
    1 c. (1 medium) chopped yellow, red or green pepper
    2 c. cherry tomato halves
    1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese or to taste
    1/4 tsp. salt or to taste
    1/4 tsp. ground black pepper or to taste
Preparation
    Cook the penne according to package directions.
    Three minutes before pasta is done, add broccoli to the pasta.
    Drain and return to saucepot.
