Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large fryer or breasts (steam, remove bones and skin), chopped into small pieces
    1 1/2 c. chopped celery
    2 small jars pimentos
    1 c. stuffed olives, sliced
    water chestnuts, sliced
    1 1/4 c. Miracle Whip
    1 c. sour cream
    curry powder (small amount or to taste)
Preparation
    Mix and let stand overnight.
    Just before serving, add 2 small cans chow mein noodles.
