Creamy Mushroom And Noodles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. margarine
    1 c. chopped onion
    8 oz. mushrooms (sliced)
    1 c. chopped red bell pepper
    1 1/2 c. half-and-half or light cream
    1 Tbsp. corn starch
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    8 oz. bag wide egg noodles (cooked and drained)
Preparation
    In large dkillet melt margarine over medium heat.
    Add onions and mushrooms;
    saute 2 to 3 minutes.
    Add red bell pepper;
    cook 1 minute.
    Stir half-and-half, corn starch, salt and pepper until smooth;
    stir into skillet.
    Stirring constantly, bring to a boil and boil 1 minute.
    Toss with egg noodles.
