Michael, Natalie And Mark'S Favorite Macaroni And Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (1 lb.) pkg. elbow macaroni
    4 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    approximately 3 c. shredded Velveeta cheese
    salt to taste
    pepper to taste
    approximately 1/2 c. milk
Preparation
    Prepare package of elbow macaroni per instructions.
    When pasta is prepared and rinsed, grease the bottom of a 2-quart casserole dish with 1 tablespoon of butter or margarine.
    Place approximately 1 1/2 cups of elbow macaroni in casserole dish and dot top with 1 tablespoon butter or margarine and 1 cup shredded Velveeta.
    Repeat this layering 2 more times.
    Season with salt and pepper to taste.
    Pour approximately 1/2 cup of milk over mixture.
