Spaghetti Ala Carbonara - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 lb. spaghetti
    salt and pepper
    2 eggs
    2 Tbsp. half and half
    1/4 lb. bacon slices
    1 Tbsp. oil
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Cook spaghetti in boiling water until tender.
    Meanwhile, beat eggs, half and half and pepper in a bowl.
    Dice the bacon and fry until crisp.
    Drain the spaghetti and add to the bacon.
    Pour in the egg mixture, stirring, and toss over a gentle heat until the eggs begin to set.
    Serve immediately sprinkled with grated Parmesan cheese.
