Grandma Atchley'S Scalloped Oysters - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 boxes crushed OTC oyster crackers
    ground pepper
    2 to 4 dozen oysters
    milk
    Old Bay seasoning
    salt
    onion salt
    1/4 lb. butter
Preparation
    Place crushed crackers in greased baking dish.
    Cover with milk and let set for hours to soak up the milk.
    Add more milk if necessary.
    Add ground pepper, Old Bay seasoning, salt and onion salt to taste.
    Add oysters and enough milk to make sloppy.
    Cut up butter for top before baking.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour, until browned and set, uncovered.
    Can be started the night before.
