Sour Cream Cornbread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. margarine (1 stick)
1 c. cream-style corn
1 c. sour cream
1 c. self-rising cornmeal
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. medium onion, grated
Preparation

Melt margarine in an 8 x 8-inch square pan or an 8-inch iron skillet in a 350\u00b0 oven.
Coat pan with margarine.
Mix other ingredients until blended.
Pour remaining melted margarine into batter and mix well.
Pour batter into hot pan and bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
