Garlic Smashed Potatoes With Bacon - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 potatoes, unpeeled
    1/2 lb. bacon
    1/2 stick butter or margarine
    2 cloves garlic
    salt
    pepper
Preparation
    Boil unpeeled potatoes until soft enough to hand mash.
    While potatoes boil, fry bacon and crumble loosely.
    Drain potatoes and put in large bowl to mash.
    Add butter and pressed garlic.
    Salt and pepper to taste.
    Mash with hand masher to preferred consistency.
    Fold in crumbled bacon.
    Serve!
