Refrigerator Pickles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    7 c. sliced cucumber
    1 c. sweet onion, sliced
    1 c. green or red pepper, sliced
    1 c. white vinegar
    2 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. celery
    1 Tbsp. mustard
Preparation
    Put thinly sliced cucumber, onion and pepper in bowl.
    Heat vinegar, sugar and salt to boiling point and cool.
    Add celery and mustard seed to vinegar while lukewarm.
    Pour over the cucumbers, peppers and onions.
    Mix well.
    Keep in refrigerator for 6 days, mixing well every day.
    Keep in refrigerator.
