Frosted Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
2/3 c. whole wheat flour
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. firmly packed brown sugar
3/4 c. egg substitute
3/4 c. nonfat buttermilk
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple in juice, drained
2 c. grated carrots
1/3 c. raisins
3 Tbsp. vegetable oil
2 tsp. vanilla extract
vegetable cooking spray
Orange Cream Cheese Frosting
Preparation

Combine first 5 ingredients; set aside.
Combine brown sugar and next 7 ingredients in a large mixing bowl; stir in dry ingredients and beat at medium speed with an electric mixer until well blended.
Pour batter into a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan coated with cooking spray.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes or until a wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean.
Cool cake completely in pan on wire rack.
Spread Orange Cream Cheese Frosting over top of cake.
Cover and chill.
