Pepper Jelly - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. bell pepper
    1/4 c. red hot pepper
    1 1/2 c. apple cider vinegar
    6 1/2 c. sugar
    1 (6 oz.) bottle Certo
    1 tsp. green cake coloring
Preparation
    Grind pepper and chop finely.
    Mix vinegar and sugar.
    Boil for 6 minutes.
    Cool for 5 minutes.
    Add Certo and food coloring. Mix well.
    Pour in jar and seal.
