Funnel Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. flour
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. soda
    3/4 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 egg
    3/4 c. milk
    vegetable oil
    powdered sugar
    syrup
Preparation
    Combine dry ingredients. Add egg and milk, beating until smooth.
    Heat 1/4-inch oil to 375\u00b0 in skillet.
    Cover bottom opening of a funnel with your finger. Pour 1/4 cup batter into funnel.
    Hold funnel over center of skillet.
    Release batter in a slow circular motion into hot oil.
    Fry 2 minutes or until golden brown, turning once.
    Drain and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
    Eat this way or with syrup.
