Crispy Baked Fish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. fresh fish fillets
    2 Tbsp. cider vinegar dressing or lite mayonnaise type salad dressing
    1/2 c. seasoned bread crumbs
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 425\u00b0.
    Pat fillets dry with paper towels; brush with dressing.
    Coat with crumb mixture, pressing crumbs into the fish.
    Place fish on a lightly greased baking sheet (or spray with Pam).
    Bake until the fish is just cooked and the crumbs are golden, about 10 to 12 minutes.
